CDL-A Truck Driver $1600-$2000+/WK on Dedicated Account Home Weekends (Full Time)

CDL-A Truck Drivers with 6 months verifiable experience are needed to run dedicated accounts with an average weekly pay of $1670-$2000/WK. Drivers will work home weekends (either Friday night to Sunday AM or Saturday night to Monday AM); drivers cannot choose home time options based on seniority and needs. Full benefits start after 60 days.

Drivers are paid CPM and load pay. CPM ranges from 0.70 to 0.84 and each load pays $320/WK, with drivers averaging 2-3 loads per week.

Drivers will cover the following states: SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WVA, and OH.

Drivers can take trucks home with them.

Full benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K with matching, PTO) begin after 60 days.

The position requires 100% delivery of cargo, loading boxes (average 2-24 lb) onto a conveyor belt. The driver does not stock in store or take boxes into the store; the driver only places them on the conveyor.

Drivers must never fail or refuse a DOT drug or alcohol test. No exceptions.

• 120 miles of Shelby, NC
• 50 miles of Lexington, KY, Knoxville, TN, Chattanooga, TN
• 25 miles of Roanoke

• At least 21 Years of Age
• 6 months of OTR, Regional or Local Experience – cannot count time spent at truck driving school or with trainer. Must be part of a legitimate team or solo.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
• No serious moving violations such as careless/reckless, leaving scene, etc.
• No felonies in the last ten years (must be reviewed by safety).
• No misdemeanors in the last four years (must be reviewed by safety).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last five years.
• Must have updated DOT physical.
