CDL-A Truck Driver w/Tanker & Hazmat Dedicated Cryogenic $85-$110K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. No cryogenic experience needed; training is offered.

• First year pay ranges from $85k to $106k, starting at $300.30/day with a $3/day increase every six months up to a cap of $324/day. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics you will earn an additional $100/day.
• During training, drivers are paid $125/day and receive a $1000 bonus at the end of training.

• Training is “shadow” training: you run your truck while your trainer runs theirs; no cab sharing or double‑bunking.
• Drivers are assigned an 8‑speed automatic 579 Pete truck; no slip seating.

Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, great medical and 401K with matching.

• Drive dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; drivers cannot opt out of any region.
• For your 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight home and back. If you live within 200 miles, you will drive the truck home. Drivers are away for up to 21 days and home for a maximum of 7 days, unless you take allotted vacation.

• Felonies of any kind—no eligibility.
• Failure or refusal to complete a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion)—no eligibility.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must have tanker and hazmat endorsements at time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
