This regional position focuses on straightforward dispatch flow and consistent freight movement throughout the week. Drivers run established regional lanes with repeat customer freight and planned scheduling that helps reduce last-minute changes. The operation is built to keep drivers moving steadily instead of dealing with frequent downtime or constantly changing trip plans.

Freight moves through surrounding regional areas on no-touch dry van loads. Most freight is drop-and-hook, with some live loads depending on the customer. Dispatch works to keep the schedule organized so drivers usually know the next load before finishing the current trip. The account is designed around maintaining steady weekly miles and a predictable routine.

Drivers are home every week for a reset. The schedule allows drivers to maintain regular home time while still running productive regional miles during the week.

Equipment on this account includes newer sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and updated safety systems. Trucks are maintained on a preventative maintenance schedule to help minimize breakdowns and unnecessary delays. Dry van trailers are assigned to regional freight operations and kept in solid working condition to support consistent freight flow.

Drivers in this position typically earn between $1,300 and $1,650 per week depending on miles and experience. Freight on the account remains steady throughout the year, helping create more consistent weekly earnings. Pay is issued weekly through direct deposit, and detention pay is available when applicable.

Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL and have recent tractor-trailer experience. Accepted experience includes 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last 12 months, 12 months in the last 2 years, or 18 months in the last 3 years.
