You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support consistent freight movement throughout the week. Dispatch planning is built around maintaining practical scheduling and steady route flow for drivers running regional freight.

When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.

Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.

What We Need From You:

A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're hiring CDL-A truck drivers who take the work seriously and show up ready to do the job right.
