Position OverviewThis dedicated grocery account provides experienced CDL‑A truck drivers with a predictable freight pattern and a consistent weekly operating schedule. Freight moves between Virginia and West Virginia distribution facilities along established lanes designed to keep drivers moving with steady mileage.
Drivers typically handle four loads per week averaging approximately 490 miles per run. That produces close to 2,000 miles weekly while maintaining a reliable delivery rhythm.

Equipment & FreightDrivers operate late‑model sleeper tractors including 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth units. Trucks include inverter power systems designed to support comfort during multi‑day regional runs.
Freight consists of grocery distribution loads moving through established supply lanes. Many loads utilize drop trailer operations, while some deliveries involve electric pallet jack unloading. Return movements often route through regional freight hubs, helping maintain productive miles in both directions.
Schedule & Home TimeCDL‑A truck drivers receive weekly home time that includes a full 34‑hour reset.
Drivers living within approximately 30 miles of the distribution location may occasionally complete 10‑hour breaks at home depending on dispatch timing.
