We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local account based out of the Roanoke, VA distribution center. This is a home daily position running store deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia with consistent freight and reliable pay.
++Requirements++- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, VA
- Must meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
- Accidents and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
++++Pay & Compensation++++
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 — $1,500
- $2,500 sign-on bonus!
- Mileage pay based on verified experience: .53cpm-.58cpm
- $55 per full unload
- $20 per stop (including first stop)
- W2 position
- Full benefits package available (health, dental, vision, etc.)
- Home daily
- Primarily overnight driving
- Slip-seat operation
- Dedicated store delivery account
- Average 3 loads per week
- Approximately 1,500–1,800 miles per week
- Mix of dry van and refrigerated freight
- Drivers unload freight at stores using electric pallet jacks (after training)
- Routes throughout Virginia and West Virginia
