Starting Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 based on experience

Position – Distribution Center Associate

Overview – The DC Associate will perform operational activities within a Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and receipt of replenishment product.

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product using RF (radio frequency) technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages (OSD).
• Pick and stage product; load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve the business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager; abide by all federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements:

• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with RF scanners preferred
• Safety-first mentality
• Prior distribution center experience preferred
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; may also lift more than 50 lbs occasionally
