Inventory Control Associate

Roanoke, TX

Employment Type:

Rate of Pay: $18.00

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
-3:30pm 12am

We're looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team, where you'll help maintain inventory accuracy, support operational efficiency, and ensure customer inventory is properly tracked and accounted for. Success in this role means identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a well-organized, audit-ready warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a passion for accuracy and problem-solving in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Your Impact
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS tools, RF scanners, and reporting systems.
  • Process inventory adjustments and maintain accurate documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to identify root causes and prevent inventory errors.
  • Support physical inventories, customer audits, and inventory-related reporting requirements.
  • Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring to the Table
  • High School Diploma or GED required; logistics, supply chain, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld RF scanning devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including overtime or weekends as needed.
