This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Va Distribution center.

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of equipment such as the Raymond Reach Truck, Raymond Pacer Truck, Order Picker, and Sit‑Down Lift.
• Use carton‑to‑pallet scanning to offload cartons and ensure accuracy.
• Locate all palletized freight from various sort lanes and store them in the warehouse.
• Retrieve pallets and load them onto outbound trailers, overseeing containers based on weight and customer requirements.
• Adhere to and practice 5S programs within the area.
• Uphold all safety roles and responsibilities as designed.
• Operate using DOCS, DStorage, Pick to Pallet, and RF Scanners.
• Manage movement between off‑loading, pallet put‑away, and pallet loading.
• Cross‑train for additional flexibility between job functions across multiple areas and become interchangeable between departments.

• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Consistently meet or exceed set productivity standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Six months or more experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment is a plus.
• Receive training in 40
  
  CFR 262.17 as applicable in the role.

• High School Diploma or secondary GED desired.

Shift hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 per hour; additional compensation may be based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and geographic location.
