Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Guitar. We do not have a physical studio in the Robbinsdale area, so lessons can occur in the students' homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. While webcam lessons are a small portion of our student base, most students prefer in‑person instruction. We need local instructors who can host students or who are willing to travel within the Robbinsdale, MN area.

• Conduct music lessons in students' homes, your own home, studio, or via webcam (primarily in‑person).
• Set your own curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain student retention, communicate regularly with the office, and be organized and punctual for all lessons.
• Assist in managing lesson schedules and student progress.

Formal music training is not mandatory; however, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• A degree in music.
• Enrollment in a music program.
• Professional performing experience.
• Previous teaching experience.

Travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate will affect your pay, which ranges from $20 to $30 per hour.

As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to set your own schedule. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing so you can focus on teaching. If you prefer in‑person lessons, you must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
