Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs.;
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with meals and dining; provide water and supplements; create a positive dining experience.;
