As a Registered Nurse in the Cardio ICU, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic care to patients across the life cycle. You will be responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your expertise will be vital in developing and revising patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines, and delegating activities to other care providers as appropriate.

• Provide care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Implement personal leadership qualities to improve practice standards and the environment of care
• Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients
• Interpretation of cardiac rhythms
• Experience with Impella and balloon pumps (preferred)
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Adult and geriatric population experience required
• Epic experience required
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS
