Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiac intensive care? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills are put to the test every day? Our healthcare partner is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their Cardio IC team and make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardio IC unit, you will provide holistic care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults. You will execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Your role will involve developing and revising patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines, and delegating activities to other care providers. You will also participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, implementing personal leadership qualities to improve practice standards and the environment of care.

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients required
• Interpretation of cardiac rhythms required
• Experience with Impella and balloon pumps preferred
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations required
• Epic experience required
