About this Position
The Manager, Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides operational and clinical leadership for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories and associated invasive/noninvasive procedural areas. The role is responsible for staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high‑quality cardiovascular care for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in health care, management, or nursing required
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience
- At least seven (7) years of work experience in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas
- At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills
Licensure/Certification
- Current RN license in the state of Minnesota
- BLS certification or obtained within 6 months
