Good Samaritan Society - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with meal preparation and dining to create a positive dining experience for residents; assist with meals and snacks as appropriate.;
Document resident interactions, communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse, and support wellness and recreational programs.
