The Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assists with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.;
Assists residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; may perform range of motion and passive exercises.;
Performs tasks related to food preparation and dining and supports residents with meals and hydration as appropriate.;
Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition or care concerns to the charge nurse.
