Labor & Delivery RN | Maple Grove Hospital

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts
7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Every other weekend
On-Call: None

Position Summary:
Provides comprehensive, family-centered nursing care throughout the childbirth process. Responsible for assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, fetal monitoring, and coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Postpartum and newborn care experience required
• Fetal monitoring and interpretation experience required
• C-section circulating experience required
• Newborn, adolescent, and adult experience required
• EPIC experience required
• BLS and NRP (AHA or ARC) required
• STABLE highly preferred
• EFM certification/experience highly preferred
• Active Minnesota RN license required
  • Temporary MN license accepted if permanent license has been applied for and temporary license is active at submission
• Specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year required
• 2 supervisory references with dates of employment required
• All RTO requests must be submitted with the profile
