Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) | Robertsdale, ALCapitol City Produce is growing, and we're on the lookout for an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Representative to join our team! What You'll Do:
- Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
- Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
- Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
- Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
- Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent 3–6 years of customer service experience (required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor Proficient in 10-key data entry Experience with Google Suite and Excel Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
- Occasional mid/night shifts may be required
