Production Associate​/Pallet Assembly Worker

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour + Production Bonus (when quota is met)
Job Overview
We are hiring dependable Production Associates to work in a fast-paced pallet manufacturing environment. Positions are available in custom hand building, recycling, assembly, precut, shipping & handling, maintenance, and quality control. This role is physically demanding and works in varying temperatures.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and repair pallets according to specifications
Custom hand building using nail guns and hand tools
Recycling materials and restoring damaged pallets to quality standards
Inspect pallets for mold, bark, protruding nails, and correct stamps
Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
Meet daily production quotas (bonus eligible)
Follow all safety, quality, and attendance policies

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Willingness to perform physical labor and work in hot or cold conditions

Experience with hand tools, nail guns, carpentry, construction, or forklifts is a plus
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Desire to learn and remain long-term
Reliability and strong attendance

Work Environment & Conditions

Indoor facility temperatures can range from very hot (up to 105–108 °

F) to cold
Physically demanding work; candidates must be willing to get dirty

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

Steel-toed boots required
High-visibility vest required
No tank tops or cutoff shirts
Shorts allowed (must be near knee length)
No biker shorts; leggings require a long shirt covering front and back
Clothing must be non-provocative

Transportation & Screening

Reliable transportation required (no carpooling)
Drug screen and background check required for all employees

Break Schedule

Lunch: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Custom Hand Building)
Break: 2:00 PM (15 minutes)
