Do you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? Our client in Robertsdale is hiring Wood Crate Builders / Assembly Technicians to build custom shipping crates and pallets.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, pallet building, manufacturing, or general labor.

• Build custom wood crates and pallets using hand and power tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber to customer specifications
• Read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and durability
• Stage completed crates for shipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in craftsmanship
• Can lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Has experience using tape measures and basic power tools
• Works well in a production environment
• Is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Has carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or woodworking experience (preferred)

• Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off
