Hourly Wage

$18 – $31 per hour (equal to or above the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
