Walmart is expanding its third company‑owned milk processing facility in Texas to serve over 750 stores. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 20+ associates in a refrigerated warehouse environment, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations using cutting‑edge technology.

• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and develop supporting procedures.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Complete and prioritize work assignments, collaborating with managers and stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day associate challenges by monitoring QA and inventory, addressing freight issues, and using the ARS system.
• Manage associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance, giving feedback, and supporting training and development.
• Coordinate and oversee job‑related projects, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and communicating goals.
• Provide supervision and growth opportunities through hiring, training, mentoring, and delegation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of belonging and integrity.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.
