This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion. You’ll provide excellent customer service, answer calls, book appointments, and educate clients about our lifestyle programs.

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and educate clients on a lifestyle program to become spa members.
• Sell gift cards and offer upgrades with massage and facial appointments.
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude.
• Work as a team player.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible with scheduling.

• Hourly wage: base $15 plus $10 per membership sold.
• Unlimited earning potential through commissions.
