Qualifications
- NJ Principal's Certificate Required (Standard, Provisional, or CE)
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience;
- Administrative Experience required
- Knowledge/experience with early childhood/elementary best practices (particularly Mathematics and English Language Arts);
- Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation process;
- Ability to manage local, state, and federal funds (school level);
- Ability to strengthen family and community engagement;
- Knowledge of school law, assessment accountability, and NJ Student Learning Standards;
- Willingness to work collaboratively with building and central office administration (in a large district setting).
Salary: Based on HTASA Salary Guide Step 9A: (min.) $145,463to (max.) $149,963. (with doctorate degree)
Effective: School Year, anticipated start date September 1, 202 6
In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
