Sr Engineer Electrical
The Electrical Specialist's primary functions are to ensure that the plant's controls, networking, and power systems are fully operational and reliable as required to support the complete conversion process to schedule, rate of production, and all products produced fully within specification. Responsibilities include technical leadership, continuous improvement, capital projects, and electrical documentation and software control.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities include demonstrated and recognized breadth of expertise in several types of manufacturing equipment and related operations, supervising, coordinating, and providing recognized leadership with supplier companies, external technical resources, and internal customers, providing direction to team in area of expertise, and providing technical analyses, developing alternatives, and preparing recommendations for capital solutions to problems.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical/Mechatronics) or Equivalent Work Experience and minimum of 5 years in Operations, Engineering, or related field.
