Pepsi Mid America is hiring high-potential leaders in Central Illinois to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This structured development role is designed to prepare you for long-term leadership opportunities within our sales and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Rotate through sales & warehouse operations
• Lead and coach frontline team members
• Analyze staffing and operational performance
• Solve real business challenges
• Develop leadership skills with direct mentorship

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience (team, athletics, military, operations)
• Competitive drive and strong accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
