Production and Operator Positions / $16.50/hr / Robinson, IL

The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring candidates for Production Worker and Machine Operator positions (candidates with press operator experience are strongly encouraged to apply) for our client in Robinson, IL.

Shift: 1st shift starting at 6am-4pm

Employment Type:

Temp to Hire

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties
• Press operator experience is a plus

• Minimum of 1.5 years of pick & pack, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience required
• Press operator experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
• Must pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
