Production Workers

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $15.60

** Shift:  1st and 2nd Shift*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Operate machines and move raw materials and finished goods

+ Finish, inspect, and pack parts ensuring quality standards are met

+ Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately

+ Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate production and quality reports

+ Practice safety at all times and perform housekeeping duties

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts, mandatory overtime - 1st shift 5am to 1pm and 2nd shift 3pm
-11pm

+ Willingness to lift up to 35 pounds and climb stairs occasionally

+ Flexibility to rotate between job assignments and work any shift as needed

+ Must pass required safety tests and maintain good attendance

+ Ability to work well with others in a team environment
