Production Processing Operator – Dairy Milk Truck Receiver
10:00 pm–6:30 am, Monday–Friday – $24 /hr

ResponsibilitiesMonitor dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, batching, and all other steps by following SOPs and GMPs. Ensure accurate documentation, verify charts, temperatures, and product recordings. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties, and communicate problems that may affect production efficiency or food safety to management. Follow safety practices, observe confined space guidelines, use required PPE, safely handle chemicals, and maintain sanitation through CIP, hand cleaning, and timely reporting of issues.
Support Continuous Improvement by collecting and maintaining process data, equipment performance data, and monitoring fats, total solids, allergens, and cryoscopes to enhance quality and throughput. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, supporting Walmart’s values and commitment to a regenerative company.

- 1 year’s experience in a distribution or production environment (e.g., logistics, food processing, dairy plant, or manufacturing)
- Continuous Improvement, Distribution, Food – Dairy Processing, Food – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Manufacturing, Six Sigma experience
