We are expanding with a new company‑owned milk processing facility serving over 750 stores. The role involves operating robotic systems and coordinating single points of contact for material flow control within the manufacturing environment.

• Develop and interpret material flow control system reports to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to determine and implement changes for continuous improvement.
• Monitor color‑coded displays and correct logic errors in the material flow control system.
• Process or handle product on material‑handling systems (conveyor, crane, shuttle car, monorail carts) according to procedures.
• Identify and address errors such as jams, directing resources to resolve them.
• Communicate progress and information to multiple levels of management.
• Recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and work with management to implement approved changes.
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Prioritize work assignments, set deadlines, and collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or production environment.
