Position SummaryWalmart is expanding with its third company‑owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state‑of‑the‑art facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

- Hourly wage range: $24.20–$30.30, additional premiums up to $3.00/hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

- Develop and interpret material flow control system reports to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with management to determine appropriate changes for continuous improvement.
- Monitor the color‑coded display closely and correct logic errors in the material flow control system.
- Process or handle product (e.g., realign pallets, stabilize loads) on the material handling system (e.g., conveyor, crane, shuttle car, monorail carts) according to procedures.
- Identify errors (e.g., jams) on the color‑coded display in the material flow control system and immediately direct appropriate manufacturing resources to address them.
- Communicate progress and information to multiple levels of management. Determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities. Work with management to implement approved changes. Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
