Packing Operator, Manufacturing (Friday‑Sunday, 6:00pm-6:30am) - $23.90/hr.

Position SummaryWalmart is expanding with its third company‑owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. The state‑of‑the‑art facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.
What You’ll Do- Support production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials.
- Rotate through tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines.
- Complete changeovers safely and efficiently.
- Visually monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles and promptly report any quality or safety issues.
- Perform quality inspections and verify sample compliance with specifications.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety and quality system requirements.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain communication with departments, management, and associates, reporting any issues that could hinder production efficiency.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Record production and/or quality data.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
