Multiple shifts available. 12‑hour shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 4‑on, 4‑off schedule. 8‑hour shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required. Flexible for all shifts, including weekends.
SummaryThe Hershey Company Robinson plant is a non‑union facility producing Pay Day, Heath, Skor, Milk Duds, Whoppers & Reese’s Pieces in a high‑speed environment. As Production Supervisor, you will plan finances, direct and manage hourly production personnel, and ensure compliance with the employee handbook, regulatory requirements, and plant policies. You must be flexible for all shifts and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities- Support plant goals daily and weekly, reviewing results with staff.
- Coordinate daily interactions between the assigned area and all other departments, including peers across shifts.
- Ensure personnel are qualified, trained, and motivated to work productively as a team and individually.
- Maintain compliance with food quality & safety, employee safety, and administrative reporting procedures, including overtime rules.
- Coordinate daily labor staffing in line with budgeted staffing.
- Document notification requests in SAP PM and prioritize with maintenance.
- Input data into SAP, check QA documentation, and verify employee time cards.
- Analyze information and follow up on exceptions and opportunities.
- Promote continuous improvement, elevating new ideas and executing plans to impact plant operations and goals.
- Propose, plan, and execute projects that eliminate root causes of manufacturing problems.
- Execute complex projects with high impact on current and future business interests, covering people, procedures, policies, finances, equipment, processes, and products.
- Lead financial planning and manage hourly production personnel to meet departmental needs.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work with and relate to all levels of personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret production performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing or a high‑speed, complex environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Minimum three years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
