The Hershey Company in Robinson, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production staff across multiple shifts in a high-speed, food-manufacturing environment. You will plan labor, monitor safety and quality, manage SAP workflows, and ensure adherence to the employee handbook and plant policies.
You must be flexible for all shifts, including weekends, and bring at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.
