Production Associates Needed

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Production Associates for our clients in the Robinson, IL area.

Pay: $17.00 per hour ( Weekly Pay)

• 1st Shift: 6 am – 4 pm

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to producing quality products while following safety procedures.

• Operate Machines
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record all defects and scrap
• Record pieces produced
• Complete all required paperwork
• Housekeeping
• Practice safety at all times
• Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor
• Assemble components
• Visually inspect all components to detect non-conformance
• Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory
• Perform 5S duties
• Hand assembly

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a lab drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
