Asset Protection / Security Associate, Manufacturing

Location: Dairy Plant # John Bowden Pkwy, Robinson, TX

Shift: Saturday‑Monday, 3:00 am-3:30 pm

Pay: $22.80 per hour (range $20.80–$26.00; additional premium up to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule and duties)

• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Maintain a visible and proactive presence to deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Perform regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility to prevent theft or unauthorized removals.
• Operate alarm, fire, and fire suppression systems, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Conduct security inspections of buildings, grounds, and trailers.
• Monitor inbound and outbound trailers via computer applications; report unusual activity to management.
• Create and issue new and replacement associate and visitor badges.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation of all security‑related activities.
• Act as first responder during emergencies, guiding personnel to safe areas, providing first aid, and coordinating evacuations.
• Identify and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to changes and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, using PPE, reporting hazards, and participating in safety training.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid driver's license (if required for the role).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills.

• Prior security or asset protection experience.
• Experience operating alarm and fire systems.
