Maintenance Associate – Manufacturing (Friday–Sunday, 6 am–6:30 pm, $29.35 / hr)

Assists other maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining equipment; cleans and maintains tools and work areas; completes work orders, records logs, and other written or computer‑based documents according to established procedures; maintains and repairs building facilities (e.g., plumbing, construction, painting); operates material handling equipment and powered machinery; assists with the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste; performs preventive and basic maintenance on production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, hydraulic and dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, and HVAC units;

complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; prioritizes work assignments and collaborates with managers, coworkers, and business partners to meet deadlines and expectations; communicates progress, recommends improvement opportunities, and adapts to change.

• Assist in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
• Complete work orders, records, logs, and documents.
• Maintain and repair building facilities (plumbing, construction, painting).
• Operate material handling and powered equipment.
• Assist with hazardous materials disposal according to policies.
• Perform preventive and basic maintenance on production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic, hydraulic, dock, electronic, electrical, and HVAC units.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
• Prioritize work assignments and collaborate with managers and coworkers.
• Communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment.

• Experience repairing/maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.

Hourly wage range: $27.85 – $34.85. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ($0.35–$3.00 per hour) depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
