Senior Accountant at Gay & Robinson, Inc.

Gay & Robinson, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the Controller in managing financial operations for Gay & Robinson, Inc. and affiliated entities, including agriculture, land development, and tourism operations.

This position assists with full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, tax filings, budgeting, reconciliations, and internal reporting. The Senior Accountant will also help maintain accurate records, support process improvements, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and reliable financial information.

• General ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting assistance
• GET and other tax filing support
• Budget tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Coordination with internal teams and outside advisors
• Support for multiple affiliated business entities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, payroll, tax filings, and reporting
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally

This is a full-time, in-office position based in West Kauaʻi, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility needed during month-end, year-end, or audit periods.
