Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects.
Responsibilities- Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.
- Manages change orders. Ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
- Procures equipment, materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
- Stays current on emerging trends.
- Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education, training and experience
- Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
- Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel
