Maintenance Lead-Manufacturing

(USA) Maintenance Lead – Manufacturing (10:00pm-6:30am, Mon-Fri) – $40.85/hr.

Position Summary:

Walmart values service, integrity, excellence, and respect. This role begins at $39.85 per hour with potential for a $1.00 overnight shift differential and a $0.50 pay increase every six months for up to two years.

Training schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

• Ensure all maintenance processes and standards are met by identifying, correcting, and informing management of conditions that do not comply with company policies and procedures.
• Leverage current expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans, providing expert advice and guidance on applying information and best practices.
• Assist in maintenance of facility grounds and equipment, keeping equipment, tools, and supplies in working order and availability.
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical failures of manufacturing machines and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues, respond to and resolve issues and customer requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements, performing risk assessments to ensure proper business controls.
• Assist with execution of programs to ensure safety of associates, equipment, and property; provide safety instruction and enforce use of personal protective equipment.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Walmart mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Strengthen team through mentoring, recognizing contributions, and fostering a culture of belonging.
• Act with integrity, supporting Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company.
• Serve customers and members, delivering results while putting the customer first.
• Strive for excellence by taking calculated risks, using new technologies, and driving continuous improvements.

• Minimum: 1 year experience in maintenance field.
• Preferred:
  Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
