Maintenance Lead-Manufacturing Fri-Sun

(USA) Maintenance Lead-Manufacturing (6:00am-6:30pm, Fri-Sun) - $41.35/hr.

Position summary:

Walmart is a workplace that values service, integrity, excellence, and respect. This role starts at $39.85 per hour, with eligibility for a $1.50 weekend day shift differential, as well as a $0.50 pay increase every six months for up to two years. Training schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

• Assist in ensuring all maintenance processes and standards are met by identifying, correcting, and informing management of conditions and practices that do not comply with company policies and procedures.
• Leverage expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice and guidance.
• Assist in the maintenance of facility grounds and equipment, maintaining working order and availability of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical failures of manufacturing machines and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to and resolve customer requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and safety requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure proper business controls and to support safety of associates, equipment and property.
• Provide safety instruction to associates and ensure use of personal protective equipment under manufacturer guidelines and MSDS.
• Model compliance, support Walmart’s mission, values and ethics, encouraging the application of these in business plans.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs and execute programs to improve processes.
• Support the Open Door Policy and assist others in applying business processes.

• 1 year experience in maintenance field.

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
