(USA) Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (6:00 am‑6:30 pm, Friday‑Sunday)

Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk‑processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state‑of‑the‑art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options for Walmart’s Great Value and Sam’s Club’s Member’s Mark brands, serving more than 750 stores across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

$31.00 /hr – $33.00 /hr

• Write schematics, electrical inspection procedures and documentation related to electrician tools, safety codes and regulations.
• Design and deploy electrical solutions across environments and applications.
• Utilize expertise in electrical cabinet architecture to develop and construct efficient cabinet systems.
• Implement and monitor controls to ensure quality of machine and component fabrication.
• Lead inspection activities for electrical systems, predict quality inspection trends and recommend updates.
• Oversee maintenance of all electrical equipment and provide consulting on electrician services in various environments.
• Establish norms, standards and guidelines for electrical services to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in repairing, maintaining and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals; maintain and update technical drawings and specifications.
• Translate process flow diagrams and conduct routine installation and maintenance tasks onsite according to technical drawings.
• Lead and participate in teams, coordinating work assignments and providing support to ensure timelines and quality.
• Develop, communicate and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers and customers.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 2 years of experience repairing/maintaining/diagnosing mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting, with experience working with blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.
• 1 year’s experience working with blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.

• Completion of coursework in areas such as General Print Reading, Introduction to Electronics, Introduction to Electricity, Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps, Fundamentals of Digital Electronics.
• Industrial Maintenance Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, and experience repairing/maintaining optical, pharmaceutical, mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
