Monitor dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, and batching following SOPs and GMPs;
Follow safety practices and wear required PPE; maintain sanitation and proper chemical handling;
Support continuous improvement by maintaining process and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput;
Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other teams;
Operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of issues.
