Monitor Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Clean In Place (CIP) systems, and Pest Control programs;
Assist with internal audits, pathogen swabbing root cause, and corrective and preventive actions;
Conduct sanitation activities to maintain facility and equipment;
Maintain sanitation supplies, tools, and utensils;
Collaborate with FSQA to ensure compliance with Safe Quality Food Code.
