Position Summary

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

• Starting pay: $24.20/hour
• $1.00 overnight shift differential

• Coordinates the movement of trailers to designated locations with Warehouse Management.
• Maintains Walmart's trucks and trailers by conducting thorough inspections to ensure optimal mechanical performance, safety standards, and emergency equipment readiness. Maintains proper fuel levels and performs regular trailer inventory checks.
• Ensures quality by maintaining records, logs and forms, including any forms required by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). tractor/trailer units by adhering to all safety requirements, including placing trailers in designated locations.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback.
