Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our growing residential plumbing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade from experienced professionals while earning competitive pay and receiving structured on-the-job training.

• Starting hourly pay of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

• Assist experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions to customers
• Help with larger projects including sewer line repairs, repiping, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
• Use professional tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Maintain clean job sites and strong communication with the team

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
• Good communication skills
  
  Willingness to obtain your Tradesman Plumber license

• Previous construction, mechanical, or service experience
• Any plumbing or trade school background
