Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is looking for a Master Service Plumber to help lead and grow our plumbing division. This is a key role for someone who wants more than just a job—you'll have the opportunity to shape a department, mentor others, and drive long-term growth

• Lead residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
• Mentor and support developing plumbers/technicians
• Help build and refine processes for the plumbing department
• Work closely with leadership to grow the division

• Master Plumbing License (Texas)
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong leadership mindset and desire to build/lead a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements

• $37 - $42/hr (with spiffs/bonus opportunities)
