Dealership representing the Quality of and GMC! Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of CDK experience is a big plus!
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
