Skills & Experience:
8+ years of construction management experience supporting refinery, petrochemical, LNG, chemical processing, or oil & gas facilities. Experience managing high-value industrial construction projects ($100M+ preferred). Strong understanding of piping systems, process equipment installation, structural steel, and E&I construction. Experience managing contractors in active operating facilities. Proven ability to lead multi-discipline construction teams. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, work packaging, and project controls.
Experience utilizing Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar tools.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience with owner/operators such as Tesla, Marathon, Valero, Flint Hills, Phillips 66, CITGO, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Cheniere, or major EPCs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline. OSHA 30 certification. Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and plant turnover activities. Experience with refinery turnarounds or major capital expansion programs.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field execution for major refinery, petrochemical, and heavy industrial capital projects in the Corpus Christi area. This individual will be responsible for construction delivery from site mobilization through mechanical completion and commissioning turnover.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working on refinery, petrochemical, LNG, midstream, chemical processing, or energy infrastructure projects and possesses a strong understanding of construction within active operating facilities and complex process environments.
Lead construction execution for refinery and process-related capital projects. Manage contractor performance, construction quality, safety, productivity, and schedule adherence. Coordinate work across piping, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and process disciplines. Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, commissioning, and project controls teams. Monitor earned value, change orders, construction budgets, and contractor forecasts. Drive resolution of field engineering, constructability, and execution challenges. Ensure compliance with refinery safety procedures, permit systems, and environmental regulations.
Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, brownfield modifications, and greenfield expansion projects. Support commissioning, mechanical completion, startup, and turnover activities.
