Office Manager

Overview

Our well-established dental practice, Robstown Dentistry & Orthodontics, is seeking a strong, experienced Office Manager to lead our team and help drive continued growth within a fast-paced, patient-focused practice. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in leadership, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and takes ownership of office performance and team culture. If you exude positivity, work well in a team environment and have strong leadership skills, we want you!

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday

• 5+ years of limited Office Manager experience
• Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge in Medicaid, A/R, dental terminology, insurance processes, breakdown, and understanding, leadership, and treatment planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in dental practice management software
  - Dentrix knowledge is a must
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
